TROUBLESHOOTING
Some common issues and tips as below:
As clearly mentioned in my main webpage, since I don't own any of these services, please don't expect or request me to fix any issues.

For any issues, the first thing to do is to switch off your internet modem/ router and your iptv device (smart tv or firestick, mag or android or whatever you are using for iptv) for a minute and then power it on. If you did all the tips below and still issue persists; wait and try after some time. If still no luck, you can opt for another service in my list as per the switching details mentioned in my home page: https://iptvgroup.wixsite.com/alexpeter. Or, take another service from my list as a backup.

Portal/ App takes long time to load and channel switching are slow: This is because the device you have is unable to accept the number of channels and contents. Message me with your subscription details and the list of languages you watch so that I can disable the unwanted categories. If this is already done; its better to change device.

Freezing/ Buffering: In majority scenario, the cause is user's device and settings. Some suggestions to follow are (1) If you have dual WiFi, change from 5 Ghz to 2.4 GHz or vice versa (2) Restart device after removing any unwanted apps especially Kodi and Game apps. (3) For Android/ Firestick devices with stbemu app, change the media player from the stbemu app settings to another - e.g. ljk player (4) Update app and device software version.

File Missing error on playing Videoclub movies/ series: Restart device after power off. Mostly happens on Stbemu/ Eureka app. If still issue is there, check the app settings and select "LJK" as the media player and restrat app.

Showing "Contact service provider to register.." message: Message me with mac address and service name to re-enable the mac. Mostly happens when same mac is used in another app/ device.

Portal not loading/ black screen/ Channels not showing up: Restart device after power off. if using STBEMU/ Eureka app, make sure you are using LJK as media player and then reload profile by selecting the profile name from the menu/ settings screen. If still no luck, change mac address to some other - Restart app and see if it shows a login page or some image. Then revert back to original values and restart app. If still no luck, change Portal URL to that of another service (e,g. if You had taken King, change the portal to that of GloTV). Restart app and see if it shows a login page or some image. Then revert back to the portal of original service and restart app.

No audio but Video plays or Blank screen on some channels: Mostly happens on STBEMU/ Eureka app. Change media player from your app settings - usually ljk player is suggested and and then reload profile by selecting the profile name from the menu/ settings screen.

Cloudfare/ 500 error: Possible conflict with ISP and cloudfare or server down for maintenance. Try after sometime. Usually these services wont give any ETA and if you dont want to miss any live actions, better to have a different service from my list as a backup.

Logs out of Ministra Player app showing "Another user logged in..": That's a bug with Ministra player app on Roku, Android, iOS devices. Just log in again.

Unable to use PIN on firestick: Use FireTV app from your mobile, connect to same wifi as firestick and try the PIN from the app. Also try TV remote if it has the numbered buttons.

Showing a Login page: This happens usually when device loses internet for a short period. Just restart device after power off or reload portal if you have an active connection. If still issue is there, check if mac address and or portal are correct. To access settings again, keep the OK button pressed on your remove to bring the menu and then proceed with settings. Refer next tip also

Mute symbol/ Low volume for iptv: While watching a channel, increase the app volume by pressing the right selection button on your remote (not the volume button).
